Hello! My name is Ms. Megan.
I have been teaching Special Education since the begining of 2019. However, I have worked with students with special needs for eight years. I have worked in emotional support, multiple disabilites, life skills, and autisim classrooms. I graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelors Degree in Special Education and Regular Education.
Being able to walk into a classroom everyday and see the students is something that makes me happy. I love to celebrate even the tiniest achomplishments.
During my free time I love to spend time with my husband and our son. We also have two dogs, a cat, and two birds who keep us plenty busy. Getting outside and doing different activities together is something that is very important to me. Which is why I like to send home different ideas of family engagement activities.
